BlockEstate is a private real estate fund which provides international investors an opportunity to benefit from the U.S. real estate market. Our team members have over $650 million in combined property management and development experience and have planned an aggressive investment strategy. BlockEstate is taking the best elements of a traditional fund structure and are merging them with blockchain technology.

BlockEstate’s goal is to create a real estate portfolio whose target net IRR is between 12-20%*. To achieve this, the fund will implement a two-phased strategy. First, the fund will invest its capital into stable, long-term, income-producing real estate, with the goal of targeting a steady annual cash flow of 6-9%*. The fund will concentrate its resources mostly on the following property types: Multi-family residential; Long-term commercial properties; Industrial properties with steady income streams.

The next phase of BlockEstate’s plan involves leveraging its stable asset base to invest additional capital into more aggressive investments with higher potential returns. The focus for this leveraged capital will be mostly directed at: New construction; Short-term rentals; Mixed use properties. The target annual return for these properties will be 15-30%.
